Job Summary
The Office Coordinator will support personnel while helping ensure smooth daily operations. This role is a key point of communication for caregivers, clients, and leadership.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist with daily scheduling and staffing coordination.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and address caregiver or client issues with professionalism and strong telephone etiquette.
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate day-to-day caregiver activities.
- Maintain filing systems and general office organization.
- Participate in on-call scheduling rotation (shared weekly with team members).
- Serve as liaison between associates and the Owner/Operations Manager.
- Provide general support on office tasks and special projects as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform general office and clerical duties as needed.
- Take on additional tasks assigned by the Owner/Operations Manager.
- Share after-hours on-call responsibilities equitably with other staff (currently every 3rd week Mon-Fri and every 5th weekend, with plans to reduce to weekends only).

Salary: $60-$65k a year
